By using this website (the “Site”), our mobile applications (each an “App”) (the Site and Apps are collectively, “Platform”), you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Service”), and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy, do not use this Platform any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions. You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Liability of Instacare.ae and Its Licensors and Partners. The use of the Platform or the Contents is at your own risk. If you make a payment for our s or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. (if applicable) We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. Your Account if you use this Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our Platform. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

REFERRAL PROGRAM
• Referrers cannot refer themselves or create multiple, fictitious or fake accounts.
• To qualify for a referral reward, your Friend must not be an existing User and must be a first-time User of instacare.ae as a result of your referral.
• Referral reward will be credited after the invited friend places an order and it gets delivered successfully.
• Reward balance may take up to 3 working days to be credited in your account.
• Instacare.ae has the right to validate referral rewards and confirm or deny the transaction on its sole discretion.
• Instacare.ae have the right to make any changes on the referral program or the reward value or cancel the program without prior notice at its own discretion

Debit / Credit Cards
• We accept payments using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card.
Please read the following terms of use and disclaimers carefully before using Debit / Credit Cards:
• Credit or Debit cards must belong to the user. Otherwise, the user must attain the legal permission from the card owner to perform the transaction.
• All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
• Customers using the Debit / Credit Cards facility are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers.
• The customer is entirely liable for placing an order using the Debit / Credit Cards facility after carefully reading all the terms & conditions.
• The customer refund procedure might take up to five working days to process on the Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway. The customer has to follow on with the bank in case of any delay in crediting back the customer’s account with the amount previously paid by the customer. We will send an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from Debit / Credit Cards bank payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our Platform that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to  descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers,  shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Platform or on any related website has been modified or updated.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless instacare.ae and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SEVERABILITY
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

TERMINATION
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our Platform.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.

Damaged Items
Any damaged item must be reported within seven (7) days of the date of delivery of the garments to support@instacare.ae, we reserves the right to reject any claim made more than seven (7) days after the successful delivery of the garments to the customer.
Taking care of your garments is our number one priority. We strive to provide exceptional service. While we are very cautious to treat all garments carefully, we cannot guarantee against color bleeding, color loss, or shrinkage of garments associated with a manufacturing defect. In addition, we do not take responsibility for any deteriorated or flawed garments, which could result in small holes or tears associated with the conditions a garment is exposed to during wear. Damages to garments may occur due to our cleaning and ironing processes, as well as due to defects in the fabric, material, stitching of the garments. We will, to the best of our ability, assess the damages impartially and determine the root cause of the damage.
For any items deemed damaged because of our process, Instacare may reimburse you by paying up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment. In comparison, the industry standard pays up to Five (5) times the cleaning charge. Any damaged items must be reported support@instacare.ae and inspected by Instacare within seven (7) days through digital photos, videos and in-person.
For any items deemed damaged because of a perceived defect, Instacare may reimburse you by paying up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law and according to the industry practices, Instacare’s aggregate liability shall in no event exceed an amount of AED 500.00 or, where applicable, the equivalent of that amount in the currency used by you for the payment for Cleaning.
Claims made more than seven (7) days after delivery will be assessed on a case by case basis.
In case any damaged item claim cannot be resolved amicably according to terms and conditions, Instacare will refer the customer to file a claim with the applicable consumer rights authority. The resolution of the claim will be as per the terms of the impartial decision made by the independent authority.

Lost Items
Any lost item must be reported within seven (7) days of the date of delivery of the garments to support@instacare.ae or through whatsapp chat.
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items are considered lost ten (10) days after the initial claim has been made. In line with industry practices, any reimbursement for an item deemed lost by Instacare shall be limited to ten (10) times the charge for treating the garment. In comparison, the industry standard pays up to five (5) times the cleaning charge.
Instacare shall not take responsibility for any loose items lost when submitted in a Instacare bag, such as watches, jewelry, cash, wallets, cufflinks, car keys, badges or any other such items regardless of their value.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, and insofar as allowed under mandatory applicable law and according to the industry practices, Instacare’s aggregate liability shall in no event exceed an amount of AED 500.00 or, where applicable, the equivalent of that amount in the currency used by you for the payment for Cleaning.

DELIVERY POLICY
We deliver our s in Dubai UAE. Shipping will be done by our delivery team. Delivery within Dubai shall be done for ironing within 24hours and for washing & dry-clean within48hours from 11 AM to 10 PM. Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED5 on order less than AED30 and FREE delivery on order above AED30. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
