Terms & Conditions

By using Instacare's platform or services, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully — they protect both you and us.

1. General Terms

This website and its mobile apps (together, the "Platform") are owned and operated by instacare.ae. By using the Platform, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updates. We recommend checking this page regularly.

All information, tools, and services on the Platform are provided "as is". We make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or availability, and are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from use of the Platform.

We may refuse service, limit orders, or restrict access at our discretion and at any time.

2. Billing & Payment
Advance Payment Policy: Any order totalling more than AED 200 requires a 50% advance payment prior to collection. The remaining balance is collected upon delivery. Failure to pay the advance will result in the order not being processed.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. Card details must belong to you or be used with the cardholder's permission. Payment information is processed securely and is never shared with third parties.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date account and payment information and update it as needed. We may refuse or limit any order at our discretion, including multiple orders from the same account, card, or address.

Refunds, where applicable, may take up to 5 working days to reflect through your bank or payment provider.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Our pickup and delivery service operates daily from 11 AM to 10 PM across Dubai. Same-day pickups can be arranged if requested before 3 PM, subject to driver availability.

Pickup and delivery times may vary slightly due to traffic or high-demand periods. Special or oversized items (large rugs, heavy curtains, multiple bags) may incur additional charges on a case-by-case basis. Curtain removal and reinstallation charges apply depending on the scope of the job.

For smooth service: Provide your complete address, landmark, and contact number. Ensure items are ready at the scheduled pickup time. Inform our team during booking about any delicate, fragile, or oversized items.
4. Damaged Items Policy
Report within 7 days: Any damaged item must be reported to info@instacare.ae within seven (7) days of delivery. Claims reported after seven days may be rejected.

We prioritise the care of every garment and strive for excellent service. While we handle all items carefully, we cannot guarantee against colour bleeding, shrinkage, or wear-related defects. We are also not responsible for small holes, tears, or flaws caused by fabric, stitching, or normal wear.

For items damaged due to our cleaning or ironing process, Instacare may reimburse up to ten (10) times the cleaning charge, regardless of the item's brand, purchase price, or condition. This exceeds the industry standard of five (5) times the cleaning charge.

All damage claims must include digital photos, videos, or an in-person inspection. Maximum liability per claim is AED 300, or the equivalent in your transaction currency.

5. Lost Items Policy
Report within 7 days: Any lost item must be reported to info@instacare.ae or via WhatsApp within seven (7) days of delivery. Items are considered officially lost ten (10) days after the initial claim.

Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Reimbursement for lost items is limited to ten (10) times the cleaning charge, in line with industry practices (industry standard: five times).

Instacare is not responsible for loose items left in garments such as watches, jewellery, cash, wallets, keys, or badges. Maximum liability per claim is AED 300, or the equivalent in your transaction currency.

6. Referral Program

Referrals must be genuine and new users of the Platform. Rewards are credited after the referred friend completes a successful order, usually within 3 working days.

We reserve the right to verify, modify, or cancel the referral program or any associated rewards at any time, without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in ways that violate these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

Using the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harassing purposes
Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code
Violating intellectual property or copyright laws
Copying, selling, or exploiting any part of the Platform without written permission
Interfering with the security or functionality of the Platform

Violations may result in immediate termination of your access and account.

8. Personal Information & Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Credit card information is always encrypted and never stored or shared with third parties.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and password secure. We may terminate accounts or cancel orders at our discretion if we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service at all times.

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Platform or its services, except as required by law. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction is to stop using the Platform.

Prices, services, and availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time and are not liable for such changes.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Platform may include links or content from third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or transactions on these external sites. Please review third-party policies before engaging with them.

11. User Comments & Feedback

By sending comments, reviews, or feedback to us, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, and share them without obligation to compensate you. Your submissions must not violate any third-party rights, contain harmful content, or be false or misleading.

You are solely responsible for your comments. Instacare is not liable for any third-party comments or feedback posted on the Platform.

12. Indemnification, Severability & Governing Law

Indemnification: You agree to protect and hold Instacare and its affiliates harmless from any claims, legal actions, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and instacare.ae and supersede any prior agreements.

13. Termination

Either you or Instacare may terminate these Terms at any time. Any obligations or liabilities incurred before termination remain applicable.

We may terminate your access immediately and without notice if you violate any of these Terms. You remain responsible for any amounts due prior to termination.

Payment Policy
Orders Above AED 200 — 50% Advance Required
For all orders exceeding AED 200, a 50% advance payment is required before collection. The remaining balance is collected upon delivery. This applies to all services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash. Orders will not be collected until the advance is confirmed.
