This website and its mobile apps (together, the “Platform”) are owned and operated by instacare.ae. By using the Platform, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updates.
All information, tools, and services on the Platform are provided “as is” and we make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, or availability. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or errors arising from use of the Platform.
Your sole remedy for any issues with our services is to stop using the Platform. We may also limit orders or quantities of products at our discretion.
General Conditions
We may refuse service to anyone at any time. Your content (except credit card info) may be transmitted over networks and adapted for technical purposes. Credit card information is always encrypted. You may not copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Platform without written permission. Headings are for convenience only. Users must be 18 or older. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, and cardholders should keep their own records. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. We may terminate accounts, cancel orders, or remove content at our discretion.
Online Store Terms
By using our Platform, you confirm you are at least 18 or the age of majority in your region. You may not use our services for illegal purposes or violate any laws, including copyright laws. Do not transmit viruses or harmful code. Violating these terms may result in immediate termination of services.

Products and Services

We do not guarantee that products or services will meet your expectations or that errors will be fixed.
Billing and Account Information
We may refuse or limit any order at our discretion, including multiple orders from the same account, credit card, or address. We may contact you if an order is changed or canceled. You must provide accurate and up-to-date account and payment information and update it as needed.
Referral Program
Referrals must be real and new users. Rewards are credited after the referred friend completes a successful order, usually within 3 working days. We may verify, change, or cancel the referral program or rewards at any time.
Third-Party Links
Our Platform may include links or content from third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or transactions on these sites. Please review third-party policies before engaging with them.
User Comments and Feedback
By sending comments, ideas, or submissions to us, you agree that we may use, edit, publish, and share them without obligation to pay or respond. Your comments must not violate any third-party rights, contain harmful code, or be false/misleading. You are responsible for your comments, and we are not liable for them.
Personal Information & Payments
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. Card details must belong to you or have permission from the owner. Payment info is secure and not shared with third parties. Refunds may take up to 5 working days through the bank.
Errors & Inaccuracies
We may correct errors in product info, pricing, promotions, or orders without notice. Information may change at any time, and we are not obligated to update it except as required by law.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, harassment, violating laws or intellectual property, spreading malware, spamming, or interfering with the site’s security. Violations may result in termination of your access.
Disclaimer & Liability
Our services are provided “as is” and at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the Platform or its products and services, except as required by law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our policies, are the complete agreement between you and instacare.ae and override any prior agreements. Ambiguities will not be interpreted against us.
Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold instacare.ae and its affiliates harmless from any claims or legal actions resulting from your violation of these Terms or any law.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
Termination
You or instacare.ae may end these Terms at any time. Any obligations or liabilities before termination still apply. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms, and you remain responsible for any amounts due.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms or policies at any time. Updates take effect when posted, so check this page regularly.
Damaged Items
Any damaged item must be reported to info@instacare.ae within seven (7) days of delivery. Claims reported after seven days may be rejected.
We prioritize the care of your garments and strive for excellent service. While we handle all garments carefully, we cannot guarantee against color bleeding, color loss, shrinkage, or wear-related defects. We are also not responsible for small holes, tears, or flaws caused by the fabric, stitching, or normal use. Damages may occur during our cleaning and ironing processes.
For items damaged due to our process, Instacare may reimburse up to ten (10) times the cleaning charge, regardless of brand, price, or garment condition. This exceeds the industry standard of five (5) times the cleaning charge. All damaged items must be reported within seven days and inspected via digital photos, videos, or in-person.
For items damaged due to perceived defects, the same reimbursement policy applies. Maximum liability per claim is AED 300, or the equivalent in your transaction currency. Claims after seven days will be assessed individually.
Lost Items
Any lost item must be reported to info@instacare.ae or via WhatsApp within seven (7) days of delivery. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Items are considered officially lost ten (10) days after the initial claim.
Reimbursement for lost items is limited to ten (10) times the cleaning charge, in line with industry practices (industry standard: five times).
Instacare is not responsible for loose items such as watches, jewellery, cash, wallets, keys, badges, or similar items. Maximum liability per claim is AED 300, or the equivalent in your transaction currency.
Pickup & Delivery Duration:
Ironing orders: delivered within 24 hours
Washing & Dry-cleaning orders (clothes, curtains, bags, shoes, carpets): delivered within 48 hours
Delicate or fragile items (shoes, bags, etc.): delivery may take 3–4 days
Special or oversized items (large rugs, heavy curtains, multiple bags): delivery may take 5–7 days
Pickup & Delivery Hours:
Daily from 11 AM to 10 PM
Same-day pickups can be arranged if requested before 3 PM, subject to availability
Delivery Fees:
AED 5 for orders below AED 30
Free delivery for orders AED 30 and above
Special or oversized items (such as large rugs, heavy curtains, or multiple bags) may incur additional charges on a case-by-case basis
Curtain removal and reinstallation charges will be applied depending on the scope of the job.
How to Ensure Smooth Pickup & Delivery:
Provide your complete address, landmark, and contact number.
Ensure items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time.
Inform our team during booking about delicate, fragile, or oversized items.
